Upcoming Special General Meeting – July 19, 2020

Please be advised that the Pirates will be having an online Special General Meeting on Sunday July 19, 2020 at 2pm about the proposal by the Ellerslie Rugby Park Board of Directors regarding future planning and consideration of the sale of ERP. This meeting is for the membership of Pirates Rugby to gather, discuss proposal details and vote on proposal. The position of the membership will be represented by the Pirates President or designated proxy at the ERP General Meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

Membership status: Due to the current status of the 2020 season, a member who is considered eligible to vote at the Special General Meeting includes those holding an active 2020 membership and anyone who held a paid membership in the 2019 season. If you are unsure if you were a Pirates member in the 2019 season, please email registrar@piratesrugby.ca to inquire. If you did not hold a membership in 2019 and would like to gain membership for this meeting, you may purchase a 2020 social membership. To purchase a social membership, please e-transfer $35 to treasurer@piratesrugby.ca prior to the July 19 meeting (please include your full name in subject/message line, if not clear from your email address).
