CHANGES TO REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS FOR THE 2013 SEASON
Starting in 2013, Rugby Canada will only accept registrations and payments online using credit card. This is required for ALL clubs and as such will require changes to the registration process. Click the banner below to go to the website.
Please note the following areas of concern:
– Deadlines for registrations each week is 10 AM Wednesday morning to ensure your card is prepared (for senior games). Pickup of cards from Ellerslie Rugby Park is also required so even if you make the deadline there may not be anyone available to pick up your card, especially if the game is a mid-week game. Please register as early as possible to avoid any conflicts. Mini players must be registered 72 hours before any festivals.
– New senior players must email a picture to alexa_fleming@hotmail.com for your player card. No picture sent means there may be delays in your registration.
– U19 players must select ADULT registrations at the beginning of the registration process, not YOUTH. U19 players have the option of combining a junior and senior membership for a reduced rate or just getting a junior membership. Those who choose the junior/senior option must follow the guidelines for senior players outlined above.
– 2 week visitor passes must be accompanied by a $50 social membership, paid to the club. This payment can be made at the bar at the clubhouse or be given directly to Alexa Fleming.

Membership Options and Costs
**the breakdown of costs have been given based on the 2013 Rugby Canada (RC) and Alberta Junior Rugby (AJRA) fees.**
Dues for the 2013 season are as follows:
Social Membership (Adult): $50
Social Membership (Junior/Mini): $25
**Social membership dues go entirely to the club and allow the member access to practice and the option of playing by upgrading their membership to full or by purchasing temporary passes. Social Members are also eligible to vote at meetings of the Edmonton Rugby Football Club as long as the member is 16 years of age or older (as per the ERFC Bylaws).**
Full Membership (Youth, co-ed, non-contact and intro to contact; U7 – U11): $115
**$29.50 to Rugby Canada, $45 to Alberta Junior Rugby Association, $4 medical, remainder to the ERFC.**
Full Membership (Youth, boys and girls, contact; U13 – U15): $160
**$87.50 to Rugby Canada, $55 to Alberta Junior Rugby Association, $4 medical, remainder to the ERFC.**
Full Membership (Junior, boys and girls; U17 – U19): $200
**$87.50 to Rugby Canada, $55 to Alberta Junior Rugby Association, $4 medical for U17, $99.50 to Rugby Canada, $30 to Rugby Alberta, $10 medical for U19, remainder to the ERFC.**
Full Membership (Junior, boys and girls; U19 & senior): $275
** $99.50 to Rugby Canada, $30 to Rugby Alberta, $10 medical, remainder to the ERFC.**
Full Membership (Senior, men and women): $360
**$99.50 to Rugby Canada, $30 to Rugby Alberta, $10 medical, ~$35 to Edmonton Rugby Union, remainder to the ERFC.**
**Full Membership dues are split as shown above and allow the member to participate in practices and games for the season, with game time being determined by the coach. Temporary Playing Options
2-week Visitor Pass (max. 2 per season, not valid for playoffs): $35 each, with paid social membership
**Visitor Pass fees go directly to Rugby Canada to pay for insurance.**
